Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-580.1","heading":"Creation of program — Purpose — Annual report","body":"There is hereby created the Barbara Weber Amyotrophic Lateral\n\nSclerosis (ALS) Grant Program which shall be administered by the\n\nState Department of Health. The program shall grant funds to\n\nsupport research for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and for\n\nprograms that help support Oklahoma residents afflicted with ALS or\n\nOklahoma residents caring for a family member afflicted with ALS.\n\nBeginning July 1, 2026, the State Department of Health shall provide\n\nan annual report to the Governor, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House\n\nof Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate, Appropriations and Budget Chair of the Oklahoma House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the Appropriations Chair of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate that includes, but is not limited to, how many grants have\n\nbeen awarded during the previous fiscal year, which entities the\n\ngrants have been awarded to, and for what purposes the funds are\n\nsupporting.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e827c736d12034afac7d44d31c30c16235a5d3e73520f06a4ee5c0a7061c277a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-580","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-580.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
