Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-580.2","heading":"Barbara Weber Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)","body":"Grant Program Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the Oklahoma State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the State Department of Health to be designated\n\nthe \"Barbara Weber Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Grant Program\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the State Department of Health from appropriations, donations,\n\ngrants, or other sources of funding specifically designated for\n\ndeposit to the Barbara Weber Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)\n\nGrant Program Revolving Fund. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the State Department of Health for the purpose of the Barbara\n\nWeber Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Grant Program.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"654831a273ff527e6110414c3b129d0151e14fee92cdf6ff9d3ce01cea84b961","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-580.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
