It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, operate or\n\nmaintain in the State of Oklahoma a hospital without first obtaining\n\na license therefor in the manner hereinafter provided. Hospitals\n\noperated by the federal government, the Department of Corrections,\n\nstate mental hospitals, and community-based structured crisis\n\ncenters as defined in Section 3-317 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, shall be exempt from the provisions of this article.\n\nB. A hospital may be licensed as a general medical surgical\n\nhospital with one or more specialty services or combination of\n\nspecialty services in a single license.\n\nC.
