Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-702e","heading":"Uncompensated Care Equalization Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be designated the “Uncompensated Care Equalization Revolving\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of monies available to the State\n\nDepartment of Health pursuant to Section 1-702b of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nState Department of Health as authorized by law.
