Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-713","heading":"Standards of United States Surgeon General to be","body":"followed - Reports.\n\nThe State Commissioner of Health, in making the survey and\n\ninventory of existing hospitals, health centers, community mental\n\nhealth facilities, and related health facilities, and in developing\n\nprograms for the construction of public and other nonprofit health\n\nfacilities, shall carry out such purposes in accordance with\n\nstandards prescribed by the Surgeon General of the United States\n\nPublic Health Service with the approval of the Federal Hospital\n\nAdvisory Council.
