The State Department of Health is authorized to enter into\n\ncontracts, based on the availability of funding, to promote the\n\nestablishment of new facilities in Oklahoma which will qualify as\n\nfederally qualified health centers (FQHC) or federally qualified\n\nlook-alike community health centers, as defined by 42 U.S.C.,\n\nSection 13986d(1)(2)(B) including:\n\n1. Contracts to provide for community planning and development;\n\n2. Contracts to provide for grants or grant writing to apply\n\nfor federal 330 FQHC funding; and\n\n3. Contracts for transitional operating support.\n\nB. The State Department of Health is authorized to accept\n\ndonations of land, property, buildings, equipment and gifts of money\n\nor other objects of value for the purpose of establishing or\n\nexpanding federally qualified health centers.\n\nC. The State Department of Health is authorized to utilize\n\ngrant funds, donations and other funds made available to the\n\nDepartment for the purpose of establishing or expanding federally\n\nqualified health centers, to the extent funds are available.\n\nD.
