A health care provider shall make available to the public,\n\nin a single document, either electronically or by posting\n\nconspicuously on the provider's website if one exists, the health\n\ncare prices for at least the twenty most common health care services\n\nthe health care provider provides. If the health care provider, in\n\nthe normal course of his or her practice, regularly provides fewer\n\nthan twenty health care services, the health care provider shall\n\nmake available the health care prices for the health care services\n\nthe provider most commonly provides.\n\nB. The health care provider shall identify the services by:\n\n1. A Current Procedural Terminology code or other coding system\n\ncommonly used by the health care provider and accepted as a national\n\nstandard for billing; and\n\n2. A plain English description.\n\nC.
