A health care facility shall make available to the public,\n\nin a single document, either electronically or by posting\n\nconspicuously on its website if one exists, the health care prices\n\nfor at least:\n\n1. The twenty most used diagnosis-related group codes or other\n\ncodes for inpatient health care services per specialty service line\n\nused by the health care facility for billing; and\n\n2. The twenty most used outpatient CPT codes or health care\n\nservices procedure codes per specialty service line used for\n\nbilling.\n\nB. A health care facility shall include with the health care\n\nprices provided pursuant to subsection A of this section a plain\n\nEnglish description of the services for which the health care prices\n\nare provided.\n\nC.
