Nothing in the Transparency in Health Care Prices Act shall\n\nrequire a health care facility or health care provider to report its\n\nhealth care prices to any agency for review, filing or other\n\npurposes, or for applications for health care professional loan\n\nrepayment. The Transparency in Health Care Prices Act shall not\n\ngrant any agency the authority to approve, disapprove or limit a\n\nhealth care facility's or health care provider's health care prices\n\nor change its health care prices.\n\nB.
