No health care facility, school, or employer shall\n\ndiscriminate against any person with regard to admission, hiring or\n\nfiring, tenure, term, condition, or privilege of employment, student\n\nstatus, or staff status on the ground that the person refuses or\n\nstates an intention to refuse, whether or not in writing, to\n\nparticipate in an activity specified in Section 3 of this act, if\n\nthe refusal is based on religious or moral precepts.\n\nB. No person shall be required to:\n\n1. Participate in an activity specified in Section 3 of this\n\nact if the individual's participation in the activity is contrary to\n\nthe person's religious beliefs or moral convictions;\n\n2. Make facilities available for an individual to participate\n\nin an activity specified in Section 3 of this act if the person\n\nprohibits the activity from taking place in the facilities on the\n\nbasis of religious beliefs or moral convictions; or\n\n3.
