No person shall perform or induce an abortion upon a\n\npregnant woman unless that person is a physician licensed to\n\npractice medicine in the State of Oklahoma who is board-certified in\n\nobstetrics and gynecology. Any person violating this section shall\n\nbe guilty of a Class D2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment\n\nfor not less than one (1) year nor more than three (3) years in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections.\n\nB.
