No person\n\nshall experiment upon a child or an unborn child resulting from an\n\nabortion or which is intended to be aborted unless the\n\nexperimentation is therapeutic to the child or unborn child.\n\nB. No person shall experiment upon the remains of a child or an\n\nunborn child resulting from an abortion.
