Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-736","heading":"Hospitals - Advertising of counseling to pregnant women","body":"No hospital in which abortions are performed or induced shall\n\nadvertise or hold itself out as also providing counseling to\n\npregnant women, unless:\n\n1. The counseling is done by a licensed physician, a licensed\n\nregistered nurse or by a person holding at least a bachelor's degree\n\nfrom an accredited college or university in psychology or some\n\nsimilarly appropriate field;\n\n2. The counseling includes factual information, including\n\nexplicit discussion of the development of the unborn child; and\n\n3.
