A cause of action for injunctive relief against a person who\n\nhas performed or attempted to perform a dismemberment abortion in\n\nviolation of Section 3 of this act may be maintained by:\n\n1. A woman upon whom such a dismemberment abortion was\n\nperformed or attempted to be performed;\n\n2. A person who is the spouse, parent or guardian of, or a\n\ncurrent or former licensed health care provider of, a woman upon\n\nwhom such a dismemberment abortion was performed or attempted to be\n\nperformed; or\n\n3. A prosecuting attorney with appropriate jurisdiction.\n\nB.
