If judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff in an\n\naction described in Section 4 or 5 of this act, the court shall also\n\nrender judgment for a reasonable attorney fee in favor of the\n\nplaintiff against the defendant.\n\nB. If judgment is rendered in favor of the defendant in an\n\naction described in Section 4 or 5 of this act and the court finds\n\nthat the plaintiff's suit was frivolous and brought in bad faith,\n\nthe court shall render judgment for a reasonable attorney fee in\n\nfavor of the defendant against the plaintiff.\n\nC.
