Any physician who knowingly or recklessly performs or\n\nattempts to perform an abortion in violation of the provisions of\n\nthis act shall be subject to disciplinary action by the State Board\n\nof Medical Licensure and Supervision or the State Board of\n\nOsteopathic Examiners.\n\nB. No penalty may be assessed against the woman upon whom the\n\nabortion is performed or attempted to be performed.\n\nC. No penalty or civil liability may be assessed for failure to\n\ncomply with Section 1-738.2 of this title unless the State Board of\n\nMedical Licensure and Supervision has made the printed materials\n\navailable at the time the physician or the agent of the physician is\n\nrequired to inform the woman of her right to review them.\n\nD.
