Within ninety (90) days after the Unborn Child Pain\n\nAwareness/Prevention Act becomes law, the State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision shall cause to be published, in English\n\nand in each language which is the primary language of two percent\n\n(2%) or more of the population of the state, and shall cause to be\n\navailable on the state web site provided for in Section 11 of this\n\nact, printed materials with the following statement concerning\n\nunborn children of twenty (20) weeks gestational age: \"By twenty\n\n(20) weeks gestation, the unborn child has the physical structures\n\nnecessary to experience pain. There is evidence that by twenty (20)\n\nweeks gestation unborn children seek to evade certain stimuli in a\n\nmanner which in an infant or an adult would be interpreted to be a\n\nresponse to pain. Anesthesia is routinely administered to unborn\n\nchildren who are twenty (20) weeks gestational age or older who\n\nundergo prenatal surgery.\"\n\nThe materials shall be objective, nonjudgmental and designed to\n\nconvey only accurate scientific information about the human fetus at\n\nthe various gestational ages.\n\nB. The materials referred to in subsection A of this section\n\nshall be printed in a typeface large enough to be clearly legible.\n\nThe web site provided for in Section 11 of this act shall be\n\nmaintained at a minimum resolution of 70 DPI (dots per inch). All\n\npictures appearing on this web site shall be a minimum of 200x300\n\npixels. All letters on the web site shall be a minimum of 11 point\n\nfont. All information and pictures shall be accessible with an\n\nindustry standard browser requiring no additional plug-ins.\n\nC.
