Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-738.14","heading":"Violation of Act - Penalties","body":"Any person who knowingly or recklessly performs or attempts to\n\nperform an abortion in violation of the Unborn Child Pain\n\nAwareness/Prevention Act shall be guilty of a Class D2 felony\n\noffense. Any physician who knowingly or recklessly submits a false\n\nreport under subsection C of Section 13 of this act shall be guilty\n\nof a misdemeanor.
