Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-738.17","heading":"Severability of provisions","body":"If any one or more provision, section, subsection, sentence,\n\nclause, phrase or word of the Unborn Child Pain Awareness/Prevention\n\nAct or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is\n\nfound to be unconstitutional, the same is hereby declared to be\n\nseverable and the balance of the Unborn Child Pain\n\nAwareness/Prevention Act shall remain effective notwithstanding such\n\nunconstitutionality.
