Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the effective date\n\nof this act, the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision\n\nshall cause to be published, in English and in Spanish, and shall\n\nupdate on an annual basis, the following printed materials in such a\n\nway as to ensure that the information is easily comprehensible:\n\n1. a. geographically indexed materials designed to inform\n\nthe woman of public and private agencies, including\n\nadoption agencies and services that are available to\n\nassist a woman through pregnancy, upon childbirth, and\n\nwhile the child is dependent, including:\n\n(1) a comprehensive list of the agencies available,\n\n(2) a description of the services they offer,\n\nincluding which agencies offer, at no cost to the\n\npregnant woman, ultrasound imaging that enables a\n\npregnant woman to view the unborn child or heart\n\ntone monitoring that enables the pregnant woman\n\nto listen to the heartbeat of the unborn child,\n\nand\n\n(3) a description of the manner, including telephone\n\nnumbers, in which they might be contacted, or\n\nb. at the option of the Board a toll-free, twenty-four-\n\nhour-a-day telephone number which may be called to\n\nobtain, in a mechanical, automated, or auditory\n\nformat, a list and description of agencies in the\n\nlocality of the caller and of the services they offer;\n\nand\n\n2. a. materials designed to inform the woman of the probable\n\nanatomical and physiological characteristics of the\n\nunborn child at two-week gestational increments from\n\nthe time when a woman can be known to be pregnant to\n\nfull term, including:\n\n(1) any relevant information on the possibility of\n\nthe survival of the unborn child, and\n\n(2) pictures or drawings representing the development\n\nof unborn children at two-week gestational\n\nincrements, provided that the pictures or\n\ndrawings shall describe the dimensions of the\n\nunborn child and shall be realistic and\n\nappropriate for the stage of pregnancy depicted,\n\nb. the materials shall be objective, nonjudgmental, and\n\ndesigned to convey only accurate scientific\n\ninformation about the unborn child at the various\n\ngestational ages, and\n\nc. the material shall also contain objective information\n\ndescribing:\n\n(1) the methods of abortion procedures commonly\n\nemployed,\n\n(2) the medical risks commonly associated with each\n\nof those procedures,\n\n(3) the possible detrimental psychological effects of\n\nabortion and of carrying a child to term, and\n\n(4) the medical risks commonly associated with\n\ncarrying a child to term, and\n\nd. the material shall contain the statement \"Abortion\n\nshall terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique,\n\nliving human being.\"\n\nB. 1. The materials referred to in subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be printed in a typeface large enough to be clearly\n\nlegible.\n\n2. The materials required under this section shall be available\n\nat no cost from the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision\n\nand shall be distributed upon request in appropriate numbers to any\n\nperson, facility, or hospital.\n\nC. 1. The Board shall provide on its stable Internet website\n\nthe information described under subsection A of this section.\n\n2. The website provided for in this subsection shall be\n\nmaintained at a minimum resolution of 72 PPI.\n\nD. Any facility performing abortions that has a website shall\n\npublish an easily identifiable link on the homepage of such website\n\nthat directly links to the Board's website, www.awomansright.org,\n\nthat provides informed consent materials under the Woman's Right-to-\n\nKnow Act. Such link shall read: \"The State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision maintains a website containing information\n\nabout the development of the unborn child, as well as video of\n\nultrasound images of the unborn child at various stages of\n\ndevelopment.
