Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-738.3i","heading":"Statute of limitations","body":"An action pursuant to this act shall be brought within two (2)\n\nyears of the date the woman upon whom an abortion has been performed\n\nin negligent violation of Section 1-738.2, 1-738.3d, 1-738.8, 1-\n\n740.2 or 1-740.4b of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or the\n\nparent or legal guardian of the woman if she is an unemancipated\n\nminor, as defined in Section 1-740.1 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, knew or reasonably should have known of any information\n\nnot provided by the defendant in negligent violation of Section 1-\n\n738.2, 1-738.3d, 1-738.8, 1-740.2 or 1-740.4b of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
