Except in the case of a medical emergency, at least seventy-\n\ntwo (72) hours prior to an abortion being performed on an unborn\n\nchild whose probable gestational age is twenty (20) weeks or more,\n\nthe physician performing the abortion or the agent of the physician\n\nshall inform the pregnant female, by telephone or in person, of the\n\nright to review the printed materials described in Section 1-738.10\n\nof this title, that these materials are available on a state-\n\nsponsored website, and the web address of that website. The\n\nphysician or the agent of the physician shall orally inform the\n\nfemale that the materials have been provided by the State of\n\nOklahoma and that the materials contain information on pain and the\n\nunborn child. If the female chooses to view the materials other\n\nthan on the website, the materials shall either be given to the\n\nfemale at least seventy-two (72) hours before the abortion, or\n\nreceived by the female at least seventy-two (72) hours before the\n\nabortion by certified mail, restricted delivery to the addressee.\n\nThe information required by this subsection may be provided by a\n\ntape recording if provision is made to record or otherwise register\n\nspecifically whether the female does or does not choose to receive\n\nthe printed materials given or mailed.\n\nB. The female shall certify in writing, prior to the abortion,\n\nthat the information described in subsection A of this section has\n\nbeen furnished to the female and that the female has been informed\n\nof the opportunity to review the printed materials described in\n\nSection 1-738.10 of this title.
