Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-740.12","heading":"Alternatives-to-Abortion Services Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n\"Alternatives-to-Abortion Services Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies deposited to the credit of the fund by\n\nlaw. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health as provided in subsection A of Section 1-740.11\n\nof this title. The fund shall not be available to any organization\n\nor affiliate of an organization which provides or promotes abortions\n\nor directly refers for abortion; provided, however, any nondirective\n\ncounseling relating to the pregnancy shall not disqualify an\n\norganization from receiving these funds.
