Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-740.18","heading":"Monitor and review of grant-supervising entities","body":"The State Department of Health shall annually monitor and review\n\nany grant-supervising entity participating in the Choosing\n\nChildbirth Act and any private organization directly receiving a\n\nservice grant from the Department to ensure that the grant-\n\nsupervising entity or private organization carefully adheres to the\n\npurposes and requirements of the Choosing Childbirth Act.
