Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-740.20","heading":"Choosing Childbirth Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health to be designated the “Choosing\n\nChildbirth Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the Department from appropriations provided for\n\nthe purpose of funding services under the Choosing Childbirth Act.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nthe purpose provided for in this section.
