If any one or more provisions, sections, subsections,\n\nsentences, clauses, phrases or words of the Pain-Capable Unborn\n\nChild Protection Act or the application thereof to any person or\n\ncircumstance is found to be unconstitutional, the same is hereby\n\ndeclared to be severable and the balance of the Pain-Capable Unborn\n\nChild Protection Act shall remain effective notwithstanding such\n\nunconstitutionality. The Legislature hereby declares that it would\n\nhave passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and each\n\nprovision, section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or word\n\nthereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more provisions,\n\nsections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or words of the\n\nPain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, or the application of the\n\nPain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, would be declared\n\nunconstitutional.\n\nB. The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act shall not be\n\nconstrued to repeal, by implication or otherwise, Section 1-732 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or any otherwise applicable\n\nprovision of Oklahoma's laws regulating or restricting abortion. An\n\nabortion that complies with this act but violates the provisions of\n\nSection 1-732 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or any otherwise\n\napplicable provision of Oklahoma's laws shall be deemed unlawful as\n\nprovided in such provision.
