Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-745.54","heading":"Enforcement","body":"Notwithstanding any other law, the requirements of this act\n\nshall be enforced exclusively through the private civil actions\n\ndescribed in Section 5 of this act. No direct or indirect\n\nenforcement of this act may be taken or threatened by the state, a\n\npolitical subdivision, a district attorney, or an executive or\n\nadministrative officer or employee of this state or a political\n\nsubdivision against any person or entity, in any manner whatsoever,\n\nexcept as provided in Section 5 of this act, and no violation of\n\nthis act may be used to justify or trigger the enforcement of any\n\nother law or any type of adverse consequence under any other law,\n\nexcept as provided in Section 5 of this act; provided, that this\n\nsection does not preclude the enforcement of any other law or\n\nregulation against conduct that is independently prohibited by such\n\nother law or regulation, and that would remain prohibited by such\n\nother law or regulation in the absence of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"be5c5436cb866470c5ea1bb19a2da5b35ab6d9d8d94a73565a1a11bf5bd3b0c4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-745.53","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-745.55"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
