Notwithstanding any other law, a civil action brought under\n\nSection 5 of this act shall be brought in:\n\n1. The county in which all or a substantial part of the events\n\nor omissions giving rise to the claim occurred;\n\n2. The county of residence for any one of the natural person\n\ndefendants at the time the cause of action accrued;\n\n3. The county of the principal office in this state of any one\n\nof the defendants that is not a natural person; or\n\n4. The county of residence for the claimant, if the claimant is\n\na natural person residing in this state.\n\nB.
