Within ninety (90) days after this act is enacted, the State\n\nBoard of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall cause to be\n\npublished, in English and in each language which is the primary\n\nlanguage of two percent (2%) or more of the state's population, and\n\nshall cause to be available on the state website provided for in\n\nSection 4 of this act, the following printed materials in such a way\n\nas to ensure that the information is easily comprehensible:\n\ngeographically indexed materials designed to inform the female who\n\nhas been told her unborn child has a fetal anomaly incompatible with\n\nlife of public and private agencies and services available to her\n\nwhich offer perinatal hospice and palliative care if she chooses to\n\ncontinue her pregnancy. The material shall include a comprehensive\n\nlist of the agencies available, a description of the services they\n\noffer, and a description of the manner, including telephone numbers,\n\nin which they might be contacted or, at the option of the Board,\n\nprinted materials including a toll-free, twenty-four-hour-a-day\n\ntelephone number which may be called to obtain, orally, such a list\n\nand description of agencies in the locality of the caller and of the\n\nservices they offer.\n\nB. The materials referred to in subsection A of this section\n\nshall be printed in a typeface large enough to be clearly legible.\n\nThe website provided for in Section 4 of this act shall be\n\nmaintained at a minimum resolution of 70 DPI (dots per inch). All\n\nletters on the website shall be a minimum of 11-point font. All\n\ninformation shall be accessible with an industry standard browser,\n\nrequiring no additional plug-ins.\n\nC.
