The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall\n\ndevelop and maintain a stable Internet website to provide the\n\ninformation described under Section 2 of this act. No information\n\nregarding who uses the website shall be collected or maintained.\n\nThe State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall monitor\n\nthe website on a daily basis to prevent and correct tampering and\n\nshall immediately notify abortion providers of any change in the\n\nlocation of the material on its website.\n\nB. The website:\n\n1. Must use enhanced, user-friendly search capabilities to\n\nensure that the information described in Section 2 of this act is\n\neasily accessible and must be searchable by keywords and phrases,\n\nspecifically to ensure that entering the terms \"abortion\" and \"fetal\n\nanomaly\" yield the materials described in Section 2 of this act,\n\nregardless of how the materials are labeled;\n\n2. Must ensure that the materials described in Section 2 of\n\nthis act are printable;\n\n3. Must give clear prominent instructions on how to receive the\n\ninformation in printed form; and\n\n4.
