Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-747.5","heading":"Severability","body":"If any one or more provisions, sections, subsections, sentences,\n\nclauses, phrases or words of this act or the application thereof to\n\nany person or circumstance is found to be unconstitutional, the same\n\nis hereby declared to be severable and the balance of the\n\nPrioritization of Public Funding in the Purchasing of Family\n\nPlanning and Counseling Services Act shall remain effective\n\nnotwithstanding such unconstitutionality.
