Utilizing funds appropriated to the Health Department\n\nspecifically for the provisions of this act, the State Department of\n\nHealth shall develop, update annually and maintain an electronic\n\nform containing information concerning public and private agencies\n\nand services available to assist a woman through pregnancy, upon\n\nchildbirth and while the child is dependent, which shall include a\n\ncomprehensive list of the agencies available, including adoption\n\nagencies, a description of the services they offer and a description\n\nof the manner, including telephone numbers and email addresses, by\n\nwhich they might be contacted. The Department shall index this form\n\ngeographically and shall make it readily accessible on the\n\nDepartment's website. The website shall include the following\n\nstatement:\n\n\"There are many public and private agencies willing and able to\n\nhelp you carry your child to term, have a healthy pregnancy and\n\na healthy baby and assist you and your child after your child\n\nis born, whether you choose to keep your child or to place him\n\nor her for adoption. The State of Oklahoma strongly urges you\n\nto contact them if you are pregnant.\"\n\nB. The statement required by subsection A of this section and a\n\nunique URL linked to the section of the Department's Internet\n\nwebsite containing the information required by subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be made available in a downloadable format appropriate\n\nfor display.\n\nC. The Department shall use its official, online social media\n\nplatforms to promote the unique URL specified in subsection B of\n\nthis section.\n\nD.
