Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-753","heading":"Development and distribution of educational and","body":"informational materials – Community assistance.\n\nContingent on the availability of funds being appropriated by\n\nthe Legislature specifically for this purpose, the State Department\n\nof Health shall:\n\n1. Develop and make available materials designed to provide\n\naccurate, scientifically verifiable information concerning the\n\nprobable anatomical and physiological characteristics of the unborn\n\nchild at two-week gestational intervals. The Department may utilize\n\nas a resource the material dealing with characteristics of the\n\nunborn child created pursuant to Section 1-738.3 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes and as located on the website www.awomansright.org\n\nunder the link \"Characteristics of the Unborn Child\";\n\n2. Develop and distribute educational and informational\n\nmaterials to provide public information through public service\n\nannouncements, media and otherwise for the purpose of achieving an\n\nabortion-free society. Such materials shall be developed from the\n\nmost readily available, accurate and up-to-date information and\n\nshall clearly and consistently teach that abortion kills a living\n\nhuman being. All efforts by the Department in this regard shall be\n\nreported annually to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Health\n\nand Human Services Committee and the House Public Health Committee;\n\n3. Provide technical assistance to help community-based\n\norganizations in the planning and implementation of abortion\n\nprevention, alternatives to abortion referral and education programs\n\nregarding the humanity of the unborn child;\n\n4. Provide outreach, consultation, training and alternatives to\n\nabortion referral services to schools, organizations and members of\n\nthe community;\n\n5. Distribute educational and informational material concerning\n\nmaternal behavior during pregnancy which is helpful to a human child\n\nin utero, including avoidance of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs;\n\nproper nutrition and prenatal vitamins; and utilization of and\n\nresources available for prenatal medical and wellness care; and\n\n6.
