Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-754","heading":"Instructional program for students","body":"Contingent on the availability of funds being appropriated by\n\nthe Legislature specifically for this purpose and pursuant to\n\nSection 5 of this act, the State Department of Education, in\n\ncollaboration with the State Department of Health, shall establish\n\nan instructional program for students consistent with the provisions\n\nof the Humanity of the Unborn Child Act. Local school boards may\n\nchoose to implement the instructional program established by the\n\nState Department of Health and the State Department of Education\n\nconsistent with the provisions of the Humanity of the Unborn Child\n\nAct. For school districts choosing to implement the instructional\n\nprogram, the content of instruction used by local schools to teach\n\nthe humanity of the unborn child shall be at the discretion of the\n\nlocal school board; provided, the instructional program shall:\n\n1. Provide accurate, scientifically verifiable information\n\nconcerning the probable anatomical and physiological characteristics\n\nof the unborn child at two-week gestational intervals. The State\n\nDepartment of Education may utilize as a resource the material\n\ndealing with characteristics of the unborn child created pursuant to\n\nSection 1-738.3 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes and as located\n\non the website www.awomansright.org under the link \"Characteristics\n\nof the Unborn Child\";\n\n2. Include information on accessing prenatal health care;\n\nprovided, no program or state employee may refer any student to a\n\nmedical facility or any provider for the performance of an abortion;\n\n3. Include no component of human sexuality education other than\n\nthose included in science education standards; and\n\n4.
