Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-755","heading":"Public Education on the Humanity of the Unborn Child","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated as the \"Public\n\nEducation on the Humanity of the Unborn Child Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies deposited to the credit of the fund by\n\nlaw.
