A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates\n\nany provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nB. A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates\n\nany provision of this act by fraudulent use of an abortion-inducing\n\ndrug, with or without the knowledge of the pregnant woman, is guilty\n\nof a felony.\n\nC.
