In addition to whatever remedies are available under the\n\ncommon or statutory law of this state, failure to comply with the\n\nrequirements of this act shall:\n\n1. Provide a basis for a civil malpractice action for actual\n\nand punitive damages;\n\n2. Provide a basis for a professional disciplinary action;\n\n3. Provide a basis for recovery for the woman's survivors for\n\nthe wrongful death of the woman; and\n\n4. Provide a basis for a cause of action for injunctive relief\n\nagainst a person who has provided an abortion-inducing drug in\n\nviolation of this act. Such an action may be maintained by:\n\na. a woman to whom such an abortion-inducing drug was\n\nprovided,\n\nb. a person who is the spouse, parent or guardian of, or\n\na current or former licensed health care provider of,\n\na woman to whom an abortion-producing drug was\n\nprovided, or\n\nc. a prosecuting attorney with appropriate jurisdiction.\n\nThe injunction shall prevent the defendant from providing\n\nfurther abortion-inducing drugs in violation of this act.\n\nB. No civil liability may be assessed against the pregnant\n\nwoman upon whom the drug-induced abortion is attempted, induced or\n\nperformed.\n\nC. When requested, the court shall allow a woman to proceed\n\nusing solely her initials or a pseudonym and may close any\n\nproceedings in the case and enter other protective orders to\n\npreserve the privacy of the woman upon whom the drug-induced\n\nabortion was attempted, induced or performed.\n\nD. If judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff, the court\n\nshall also render judgment for reasonable attorney fees in favor of\n\nthe plaintiff against the defendant.\n\nE.
