Individuals or entities not certified under the Oklahoma\n\nAbortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program that provide drugs for\n\nthe purpose of inducing abortion are in violation of this act.\n\nB. Individuals or entities that provide abortion-inducing drugs\n\nto any person or entity that is not certified, or otherwise\n\nauthorized, to provide abortion-inducing drugs under the Oklahoma\n\nAbortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program are in violation of\n\nthis act.\n\nC. A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates\n\nany provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nD. A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates\n\nany provision of this act by fraudulent use of an abortion-inducing\n\ndrug, with or without the knowledge of the pregnant woman, is guilty\n\nof a Class D3 felony offense.\n\nE.
