The State Board of Pharmacy, the State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic\n\nExaminers shall develop an enforcement scheme for their licensees to\n\nenforce this act, which includes:\n\n1. When an individual or entity provides abortion-inducing\n\ndrugs without first seeking certification under this act, the\n\nappropriate licensing board shall:\n\na. immediately report the illegal act to local law\n\nenforcement, or other applicable state and local\n\nagencies for investigation or other appropriate\n\naction, where appropriate, and\n\nb. impose a fine of no less than Five Million Dollars\n\n($5,000,000.00) for manufacturers or distributors and\n\nTwo Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) for\n\nphysicians;\n\n2. When a certified manufacturer, distributor or physician is\n\ndetermined to be in noncompliance, suspend certification until\n\ncompliance is proven to the satisfaction of their licensing board;\n\n3. Where a current or previously certified manufacturer or\n\ndistributer is found to have intentionally or knowingly violated\n\nthis act, or refuses to bring operations into compliance within\n\nninety (90) calendar days, remove certification and prohibit\n\ncontinued provision of abortion-inducing drugs by the manufacturer\n\nor distributor until compliance is demonstrated to the satisfaction\n\nof their licensing board;\n\n4. When a certified manufacturer, distributor or physician is\n\nin noncompliance, suspend all annual recertification until\n\ncompliance is demonstrated to the satisfaction of their licensing\n\nboard; and\n\n5. Where a current or previously certified manufacturer,\n\ndistributor or physician is found to have intentionally or knowingly\n\nviolated this act, or refuses to bring operations into compliance:\n\na. immediately suspend the manufacturer's, distributor's\n\nor physician's certification until full compliance is\n\ndemonstrated,\n\nb. for certified manufacturers or distributors, impose\n\nfines of not less than One Million Dollars\n\n($1,000,000.00) per offense, by the State Board of\n\nPharmacy,\n\nc. for certified physicians, impose fines of not less\n\nthan One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per\n\noffense, by the physician's licensing board,\n\nd. permanently revoke the certification of the offender\n\nif offender fails to demonstrate compliance with their\n\nlicensing board within ninety (90) calendar days,\n\ne. impose remedial actions, which may include additional\n\neducation, additional reporting or other actions as\n\nrequired by the relevant licensing board,\n\nf. in the case of a manufacturer or distributor,\n\nrecommend sanctioning to the appropriate disciplinary\n\ncommittee of the State Board of Pharmacy,\n\ng. in the case of a physician, report the violation to\n\nthe appropriate physician licensing board,\n\nh. publicly report any disciplinary actions, consistent\n\nwith the practices of the relevant licensing board,\n\ni. permanently revoke the certification of the offender,\n\nj. in the case of a licensed manufacturer or distributor,\n\nrecommend permanent revocation of licensure,\n\nk. in the case of a physician, recommend appropriate\n\nsanctioning to the appropriate physician licensing\n\nboard, and\n\nl. publicly report any disciplinary actions consistent\n\nwith the practices of the relevant licensing board.\n\nB.
