The State Board of Pharmacy shall develop on its website a\n\ncomplaint portal for patients, pharmacy, nursing and medical\n\nprofessionals and the public to submit information about potential\n\nviolations by nonphysicians at no charge to the parties named in\n\nthis subsection.\n\nB. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the\n\nState Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall develop on their\n\nrespective websites a complaint portal for patients, pharmacy,\n\nnursing and medical professionals and the public to submit\n\ninformation about potential violations by physicians at no charge to\n\nthe parties named in this subsection.\n\nC. The portal developed by the State Board of Pharmacy shall\n\nlist the names of manufacturers and distributors that are certified\n\nunder the program.\n\nD. The portals developed by the State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic\n\nExaminers shall list the names of the fully licensed physicians\n\ncertified under the program.\n\nE. The portal shall allow the party to make a complaint\n\nanonymously.\n\nF. The State Board of Pharmacy and physician licensing boards\n\nshall review each complaint and determine a disposition including\n\nreferral to another appropriate state agency, within thirty (30)\n\ndays of receipt of a complaint.\n\nG.
