The State Board of Pharmacy shall promulgate rules to create\n\na certification program to oversee and regulate the manufacture and\n\ndistribution of abortion-inducing drugs by manufacturers and\n\ndistributors licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy.\n\nB. The State Board of Pharmacy shall establish the following\n\nrequirements for manufacturers and distributors of abortion-inducing\n\ndrugs, at a minimum:\n\n1. Require completion of the certification process for\n\nmanufacturers and distributors as described in Section 6 of this\n\nact;\n\n2. Require that abortion-inducing drugs be transported and\n\nprovided in this state only by manufacturers or distributors\n\ncertified to do so under this program;\n\n3. Notify manufacturers and distributors of physicians\n\ncertified under the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification\n\nProgram;\n\n4. Prohibit shipment of abortion-inducing drugs to physicians\n\nwho become de-certified from the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug\n\nCertification Program;\n\n5. Audit newly certified manufacturers and distributors within\n\nninety (90) calendar days after the manufacturer or distributor is\n\nauthorized, and annually thereafter, to ensure that all processes\n\nand procedures are in place and functioning to support the\n\nrequirements of the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification\n\nProgram;\n\n6. If a manufacturer or distributor is found to be\n\nnoncompliant, immediately suspend manufacturer's or distributor's\n\ncertification until the manufacturer or distributor demonstrates\n\nfull compliance; and\n\n7. Enforce compliance according to Section 12 of this act.\n\nC. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the\n\nState Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall promulgate rules to\n\ncreate a certification program to oversee and regulate the provision\n\nof abortion-inducing drugs by physicians licensed by the respective\n\nstate licensing board. The drugs shall only be provided to patients\n\nby fully licensed physicians certified to do so under this program\n\nby their respective state licensing boards.\n\nD. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the\n\nState Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall establish the following\n\nrequirements for physicians providing abortion-inducing drugs, at a\n\nminimum:\n\n1. Require completion of the certification process for\n\nphysicians as described in Section 7 of this act;\n\n2. Audit newly certified physicians within ninety (90) calendar\n\ndays after the physician is authorized, and annually thereafter, to\n\nensure that all required processes and procedures are in place and\n\nfunctioning to support the requirements of the Oklahoma Abortion-\n\nInducing Drug Certification Program;\n\n3. If a physician is found to be noncompliant, immediately\n\nsuspend the physician's certification until such time that the\n\nphysician demonstrates full compliance;\n\n4. Develop a reporting system as specified in Section 9 of this\n\nact; and\n\n5.
