Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-757.6","heading":"Certification system for manufacturers and","body":"distributors.\n\nThe State Board of Pharmacy shall adopt a certification system\n\nfor any manufacturer or distributor intending to provide abortion-\n\ninducing drugs in the state. To be eligible to be certified under\n\nthis section, manufacturers and distributors shall:\n\n1. Be licensed by the Board;\n\n2. Only distribute to physicians certified under this act;\n\n3. Record each serial number from pharmaceutical packages\n\ndistributed to each certified physician;\n\n4. Abide by all applicable standards of the Utilization Review\n\nAccreditation Commission (URAC) or National Association of Boards of\n\nPharmacy (NABP);\n\n5. For online sales or orders, hold a current \".pharmacy\" or\n\n\".pharma\" domain and abide by all the standards required by the NABP\n\nto maintain the domain;\n\n6. Follow all other applicable state or federal laws related to\n\nthe distribution or delivery of legend drugs including abortion-\n\ninducing drugs; and\n\n7.
