Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-827","heading":"Effective date of nonrenewal, suspension or revocation","body":"of license - Hearing - New application - New license.\n\nA. If a hearing is not requested, the effective date of the\n\nnonrenewal, suspension, or revocation shall be as follows:\n\n1. In cases of nonrenewal of a license the effective date shall\n\nbe the expiration date of the license. The date may be extended no\n\nlonger than necessary to permit the orderly removal of the\n\nresidents; or\n\n2. In cases of revocation or suspension of the license the\n\neffective date shall be the date set by the State Department of\n\nHealth in the notice of revocation. The date shall be no later than\n\nnecessary to permit the orderly removal of the residents.\n\nB. If a hearing is requested, unless otherwise ordered by a\n\ndistrict court, the effective date of the nonrenewal, suspension, or\n\nrevocation of a license shall be set upon final action after the\n\nhearing and shall be no later than necessary to permit the orderly\n\nremoval of the residents.\n\nC. A new application of the applicant or licensee whose license\n\nwas not renewed, suspended, or revoked may be considered after\n\nninety (90) days upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that the\n\nconditions upon which such nonrenewal, suspension, or revocation was\n\nbased have been corrected.
