Upon written request to the State Department of Health, a\n\nresidential care home as defined by the Residential Care Act may\n\nchoose to participate in an informal dispute resolution panel or an\n\nalternate dispute resolution panel. Such request shall be made\n\nwithin thirty (30) days of the receipt of a Statement of\n\nDeficiencies from the Department.\n\nB. The informal dispute resolution process provided by\n\nsubsection A of this section shall be the same as that provided by\n\nSections 1-1914.3 through 1-1914.10 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nC. The alternate informal dispute resolution process provided\n\nby subsection A of this section shall be the same provided by\n\nSections 1-1914.13 through 1-1914.16 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nD. The State Department of Health shall appoint the informal\n\ndispute resolution panel, to be comprised of the following impartial\n\nmembers:\n\n1. Two members who are representative volunteers with\n\nexperience in the operation of a residential care home;\n\n2. One member that is an employee of the Department with\n\nexperience in residential care home surveys;\n\n3. One representative from the aging and disabled community but\n\nnot representing a state agency; and\n\n4. One member who is a lay member and is not employed by the\n\nDepartment.\n\nE.
