Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-830.2","heading":"Challenge to statement of deficiency – Informal","body":"dispute resolution – Alternative informal dispute resolution.\n\nA. Any residential care home, as defined in paragraph 12 of\n\nSection 1-820 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, that wishes to\n\nchallenge a statement of deficiency through either an informal\n\ndispute resolution process or an alternative informal dispute\n\nresolution process may make a written request to the State\n\nDepartment of Health within thirty (30) calendar days after the\n\nreceipt of a statement of deficiencies from the Department.\n\nB. The informal dispute resolution process for violations of\n\nthe Residential Care Act or any rule promulgated pursuant thereto\n\nshall follow the process contained in Sections 1-1914.3, 1-1914.4,\n\nsubsections B and C of 1-1914.5 and 1-1914.6 through 1914.10 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. The alternative informal dispute resolution process for\n\nviolations of the Residential Care Act or any rule promulgated\n\npursuant thereto shall follow the process contained in Sections 1-\n\n1914.11 through 1-1914.16 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. An impartial decision-making panel for the alternative\n\ninformal dispute resolution set forth in subsection C of this\n\nsection shall be comprised of the following members:\n\n1. Two members who are representative volunteers who have\n\nexperience in the operation of a residential care home;\n\n2. One member who is an employee of the Department and has\n\nexperience in the survey process from residential care homes;\n\n3. One member who is a representative from the aging and\n\ndisabled community and who does not represent a state agency; and\n\n4.
