The Attorney General, the State Department of Health or the\n\ndistrict attorney of the appropriate district court of Oklahoma may\n\nbring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for the\n\nprosecution of a violation by any person of a provision of the\n\nResidential Care Act or any rule promulgated pursuant thereto.\n\nB. 1. Enforcement of any action for equitable relief to\n\nredress or restrain a violation by any person of a provision of the\n\nResidential Care Act or for an injunction or recovery of any\n\nadministrative or civil penalty assessed pursuant to the Residential\n\nCare Act may be brought by:\n\na. the district attorney of the appropriate district\n\ncourt of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nb. the Attorney General on behalf of the State of\n\nOklahoma in the appropriate district court of the\n\nState of Oklahoma, or\n\nc. the Department on behalf of the State of Oklahoma in\n\nthe appropriate district court of the State of\n\nOklahoma, or as otherwise authorized by law.\n\n2.
