Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-841","heading":"Accounting of clients' financial records","body":"The State Department of Health shall require as a condition of\n\nlicensure for residential care facilities that an accounting be made\n\nof financial records of each client for which the facility is the\n\npayee in each such residential facility. Such accounting shall be\n\nrecorded and given to the resident and/or the resident’s\n\nrepresentative upon request.
