The State Department of Health, subject to the approval of\n\nthe State Board of Health, shall prescribe and publish in the manner\n\nestablished by its rules, fees in the amounts determined by the\n\nBoard for the following:\n\n1. Initial application fee;\n\n2. First-year license fee;\n\n3. Permanent license fee;\n\n4. Renewal of permanent license fee; and\n\n5. Late renewal fee charges.\n\nB. Such fees may only be established or amended by the Board\n\nduring such times as the Legislature is in session.\n\nC.
