Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-860.16","heading":"Hospice Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health, to be designated the \"Hospice\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department, from any monies received as a result of fees\n\nreceived pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Hospice\n\nLicensing Act and any monies appropriated to the fund by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Department to effectuate the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Hospice Licensing Act.
