Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-860.8","heading":"Inspections and investigations","body":"Any duly authorized officer or employee of the Department shall\n\nhave the right to conduct such inspections and investigations as are\n\nnecessary in order to determine the state of compliance with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Hospice Licensing Act and with the rules\n\nand regulations in force pursuant hereto. The right of inspection\n\nshall also extend to any person who the Department has reason to\n\nbelieve is offering or advertising hospice service without a\n\nlicense.
